Project SAFE provides field-based services that focus on promoting healthy, strong families. Services are provided by highly-qualified and trained professionals  in a team format, led by In-Home Outreach Counselors, which are Master’s level clinicians. Teams also include Case Managers and Parent Partners. Adjunct psychotherapist providers are also available to assist the teams.


Families and workers collaborative on an Individualized Family Support Plan that will help meet the various needs of each family and will work towards improving various areas of functioning and help to strengthen the families. 

All services are trauma-informed and include:

Mental Health Services – Counseling, Psycho-education, Parenting & Positive Discipline, Child Development, Etc.


Case Management - Linkage to Community Resources and Concrete Needs Assistance


Additional services that may be provided in the community:

Parent Classes/Groups – Various Curriculums include Positive Parenting, Incredible Years, Parent Café, Seeking Safety


Workshops – Focused on skill-building and/or psycho-education


Parent-Child Interactive Events – Intended to improve relationships
