Project SAFE
The Help Group’s Project SAFE is a home-based parenting support program, originally developed through First 5 LA’s Partnerships for Families (PFF) Initiative, focusing on parents with very young children.
Prevention & Aftercare
Prevention and Aftercare (P&A) is a family strengthening program that aims to keep children safe by offering support to families that cater to their individual needs.

The Help Group's
Prevention Programs
With the goal of creating safe, healthy homes for children in our community, The Help Group provides a range of services to families that will help parents be the best parents they can be while children learn, grow, and develop to their best potential.
In partnership with The Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), The Help Group’s child abuse prevention services aim to increase a family’s protective factors by providing individualized support to meet each family’s unique needs.
All services are free, regardless of immigration or insurance status. No proof of income or residence required.

Services for Parents & Caregivers
Our qualified staff and coaches provide resources, support, and training to those who may be struggling with the challenges of higher education, entering the workforce, how to improve social skills, how to engage appropriately in spectrum dating & romance, independent living, and other issues. We take a personalized approach that helps them progress and provides what they need to lead a more fulfilling life.
